James is a great problem solver!

“I would have no hesitation at all recommending JKB Installs for any range hood fitting, particularly high-end work. We needed a very quiet range hood with an off-board motor for our open concept kitchen and living space. Our site was problematic due to lack of wall space, no ceiling cavity and a recent gas fitting which unexpectedly ended up in the place where the range hood ducting needed to be.

Our original range hood installer told us it would be impossible to fit a range hood of the type we wanted and simply laughed at us. It was very upsetting.

We then contacted James Berryman from JKB Installs (recommended by Harvey Norman) who came out for a quick consult, problem solved our site, and suggested some minor changes. James gathered together some equipment to do the custom install and on an agreed date, he quickly installed our new Schweigen (almost silent) range hood in half a day. Unfortunately the original rangehood provided by Harvey Norman was damaged and this meant a delay in getting a replacement causing a bit more hassle than normal, but we were really impressed with the level of communication from JKB during the process, and James even collected the replacement product for us as he was going to be at the depo the day it arrived.

They turned up when they said they would every time and I was really impressed with the interaction between James and his employee who was keen to learn and asking lots of questions during the installation.
